Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
WaterMark™, operated by Watermark App LLC, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our website and apps.
Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA · ADA-alignedOur commitment
We want every pool-service owner, office staff member, technician, and homeowner to be able to use WaterMark regardless of ability or assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and to meet the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we do
- Keyboard navigation — every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Screen-reader support — semantic HTML, descriptive labels, and ARIA landmarks so assistive technology can announce content correctly.
- Color & contrast — text and essential controls meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios.
- Responsive & zoomable — layouts reflow on small screens and at increased zoom without loss of content or function.
- Reduced motion — we honor the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
- Skip links — a "skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on each page.
Conformance status
WaterMark is designed and tested to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: as we ship new features we review them against this standard, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.
Compatibility
WaterMark is built to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) together with common assistive technologies. If you use an older browser or a less common tool and hit a problem, please tell us so we can help.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you encounter any barrier using WaterMark — anything you can't see, reach, read, or operate — we want to fix it. Email us at support@watermarkapp.online and please include:
- The page or screen where you ran into the barrier (a link or description).
- What you were trying to do.
- The browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as we can.
