Billing & Invoices

Set regular, member, and flat-rate pool repair prices

Price common pool work once, keep an explicit member tier when needed, and let invoices preserve the exact price source used at billing time.

Where: Inventory -> Pricebook -> Add item or Flat-rate starter

  1. Open the Pricebook and classify the item as a service, material, or equipment item.
  2. Enter the regular price and, when appropriate, a member price that does not exceed the regular price.
  3. Use the flat-rate starter to review pool defaults such as filter clean, pump replacement, heater diagnostic, salt-cell replacement, and green-pool recovery.
  4. Preview every row before saving. Existing pricebook items are never overwritten by the starter.
Good to know
  • An explicit member price wins instead of stacking with a plan percentage discount.
  • Historical invoice lines retain their price snapshot after the pricebook changes.
