Track more than one pool per property

Some properties have an indoor and outdoor pool, or a pool plus a spa. WaterMark calls each one a 'body of water,' and each keeps its own gallons, price, and schedule.

Where: New customer form -> 'More bodies of water' (or edit an existing customer -> 'Bodies of water' -> + Add body)

  1. While creating a NEW customer, scroll to 'More bodies of water' near the bottom of the form.
  2. Click '+ Add another body of water' and fill in its Label (e.g. 'Indoor pool' or 'Spa'), Body type, gallons, price, frequency, and day.
  3. Add as many as the property has - the first pool up top plus every extra saves together in one step.
  4. For a customer you already saved, open them and click Edit, then find the 'Bodies of water' block.
  5. Type a Label, pick the Body type (spa, pool, water feature), and click '+ Add body.'
  6. Save. Each body now carries its own schedule and shows separately on the customer record.
Good to know
  • Every body of water is scheduled and priced on its own, so a weekly pool and a biweekly spa at the same house each bill correctly.
  • In the Customer 360 view, a 'Body of water' dropdown appears when there's more than one - use it to switch which pool's chemistry and equipment you're looking at.
  • Advanced per-body settings (seasonal dates, route, every-N-days) are tuned in the customer editor after the body is created.
