Your 30-day trial and subscription

Start a 30-day free trial of the $59 a month plan, no card required. There is no permanent free tier. Until a card is on file, the entire trial includes up to 100 text segments, 20 AI actions, 10 receptionist minutes and 5,000 customer emails. A trial without a subscription can have 2 active technicians, the seats the plan includes. On a subscription, paid AI stops at 30 blocks ($300) a month and paid receptionist minutes stop at 40 blocks ($200) a month; past either cap that feature is declined for the rest of the month and nothing more is billed. At day 30, choose a subscription or your workspace pauses. Your data stays stored and exportable. Existing Starter customers receive at least 30 days of advance notice before their access changes.

Where: Sidebar "Trial - N days left" badge, or Manage -> Money -> Billing & plan

  1. Watch the trial clock: while you're on a trial, a "Trial - N days left" badge rides the left sidebar on every screen (it turns amber at 7 days, red at 2).
  2. Click that badge any time to open Billing & plan and see your plan, price, and what's included.
  3. If no subscription is active, click Start subscription to choose monthly or annual billing. New accounts begin with a 30-day free trial of the $59 a month plan, no card required.   4. When you're ready to grow past the caps or keep everything after a trial, click Upgrade / Start subscription in Billing & plan.
  5. To settle up card payments, connect Stripe payouts (see "connect payouts") so money lands in your bank.
  6. If you use QuickBooks Online, connect it from the QuickBooks panel to sync invoices and payments - QuickBooks is the live, recommended accounting path.
Good to know
  • Monthly is the default. Annual billing costs 10 times monthly, so 2 months are free: the standard base is $590 a year with 2 techs included, plus $200 a year for each added tech through the tenth and $150 a year from the eleventh. Full annual refund within 30 days of the annual charge, none after. Upgrades prorate as credit.
  • The paid plan is per-crew, and the standard base is $59 a month with 2 technicians included, then $20 a month for each added technician through the tenth and $15 a month from the eleventh. You only pay for active techs beyond the two included, and there's no long contract.

  • Xero is available as an optional paid accounting add-on, but it stays off until you enable it with keys. QuickBooks Online is the built-in, recommended path.
