Review min/max replenishment and local tax zones

Truck or shop stock targets propose a draft purchase order for human review, while ZIP/county tax zones preserve precise local rates and fall back to the state rate.

Where: Inventory -> Money operations -> Replenishment; Manage company -> Tax zones

  1. Set a minimum and target quantity for each high-use pool chemical or part at the Shop or truck location.
  2. Review the proposed replenishment quantity, then confirm only the items the office wants on a draft purchase order.
  3. Use the tax-zone wizard to enter a ZIP or county and its full local rate.
  4. Resolve every tax-mismatch attention row before invoicing a customer whose address changed.
Good to know
  • WaterMark proposes replenishment; it never places an automatic vendor order.
  • Overlapping active tax geography is rejected so one invoice has one deterministic rate.
