Track your chemicals and parts stock

WaterMark keeps one running count of the chemicals and parts you stock, what they're worth, and when you're running low. Set an on-hand count and a reorder point for each item, and the app flags anything that dips below it.

Where: Manage company -> Catalog & forms -> Inventory (or the Inventory panel on your dashboard)

  1. Open Manage company, then under Catalog & forms choose Inventory. You'll see your stock value, this month's chemical spend, and a row for every item.
  2. To add an item, use the "Add / update a chemical" strip at the bottom: type the name (e.g. Liquid Chlorine 12.5%), pick a unit (lb, oz, gal, bag, case, ea), and enter on-hand, reorder-at, cost per unit, and optionally a SKU and supplier. Click Save.
  3. A brand-new name adds an item; typing a name that already exists updates it instead.
  4. Adjust a count fast with the − and + buttons next to on hand. To rename or remove an item, use Edit or Delete in that row.
  5. Set the Reorder @ number for each item - when on-hand drops to or below it, the item shows a LOW badge.
  6. Scroll to "Stock movement (recent)" to see the running log of everything used on a job, dosed, received, or adjusted, and who did it.
Good to know
  • The dashboard's Inventory panel gives you a quick view plus a "Purchase orders, vendors & stock history" link that opens this full screen.
  • On-hand counts move on their own when techs dose or use parts on a job - the movement log always shows why a number changed.
