See what you've collected (payments summary)

Payments breakdown shows eight parts of the payment ledger for the selected dates: Card, ACH, Cash, Check, QuickBooks / Xero / other, Card surcharges collected, Refunds, and Credits / adjustments.

Where: Money tab -> Owner digest preview -> Payments breakdown

  1. Open the Money section from the sidebar.
  2. Under Owner digest preview, open "Payments breakdown".
  3. Choose This week, This month, This quarter, or Year to date. For a Custom range, set Start and End, then select Apply range.
  4. Read the eight tiles: Card, ACH, Cash, Check, QuickBooks / Xero / other, Card surcharges collected, Refunds, and Credits / adjustments.
  5. Select a tile to see the dated ledger rows behind its total.
  6. Use Deposit activity to reconcile net invoice payments with tips and Card surcharges collected.
  7. Check Open invoices below the tiles to see the current unpaid count and balance.
Good to know
  • Net invoice payments collected excludes tips, card surcharges, account-credit entries, and payments on void invoices.
  • The breakdown is payment-dated. The Money KPI and owner digest are invoice-dated, so period totals can differ when payment comes in later.
  • Export CSV downloads the date range currently shown.
