Reports & Growth

See profit by route, chemical cost, and retention

The Money tab holds your deeper profit reports: which crew actually makes money, what chemicals are costing you by tech and by pool, and how many customers you gained versus lost. These are the numbers that tell you where your margin is going.

Where: Money tab (left sidebar)

  1. Click Money in the left sidebar.
  2. Scroll to Profit by Route to see revenue minus chemical cost for each crew; use the dropdown to change the window (this month, quarter, year, or last 12 months).
  3. Click the CSV button on the Profit by Route panel to download that breakdown for your records.
  4. Look at Chemical Cost by Tech to spot a tech using more product than the others, and Chemical Cost by Pool to find a single money-pit pool.
  5. Collapse either chemical-cost panel when you only need its loaded total or top-pool summary; the collapsed line keeps the selected timeframe visible and says when the report is unavailable.
  6. Scroll to Customer Retention to see new versus churned customers for the period you pick in its dropdown.
  7. Read the Owner digest preview under retention for the exact weekly summary numbers at a glance.
Good to know
  • Chemical cost pulls from the doses your techs log in the field, so the more consistently they record water tests, the truer these numbers are.
  • The weekly owner digest email is turned on in Company & Tax settings; the preview here shows what it will contain before you enable it.
