Build a pool report from a trusted template

Report Studio starts from six reconciled pool datasets and supports bounded table, KPI, or bar modules, Today pins, and scheduled email without user-written SQL.

Where: Grow -> Report studio; Today -> pinned reports

  1. Open Report studio and start from Profit by pool, Chemical cost, Retention, Route profitability, Membership MRR, or A/R aging.
  2. Choose the allowed columns, aggregation, and filters, then run Preview.
  3. Save only after the confirmed preview matches the office question; changing a control makes the old preview stale.
  4. Optionally pin the report to Today or expand Advanced delivery to schedule an email.
Good to know
  • Provider failure stays failed and retryable; WaterMark never narrates an email that was not accepted.
  • Ask AI can prepare a report proposal, but confirmation and preview remain required.
