1. Open the pool job and choose Plan visits for a green-pool cycle, install, or other multi-day job.
2. Preview every appointment date, arrival window, and assigned tech before confirming the series.
3. When a visit is held, canceled, or skipped, select the real reason instead of burying it in a note.
