Put unscheduled pools onto a route day

Newly imported or newly added pools often have no route day yet, so they never show up on the board. This tool assigns a day and frequency to all of them at once, and lets you preview the exact count before anything changes.

Where: Manage company -> Schedule unscheduled pools

  1. Open the Manage company hub from the Account menu, then choose Schedule unscheduled pools (also offered right after a CSV import).
  2. Pick the Route day (for example Wednesday) and the Frequency (Weekly, Every other week, or Monthly).
  3. Click Preview changes to see how many unscheduled pools will be affected, broken down by their current setting.
  4. Review the count, then click Confirm schedule.
  5. Open the Route Manager for that weekday and click Generate schedule to create the actual stops.
Good to know
  • This only touches pools with no schedule - pools already on a day or on a custom interval are left alone, so it's safe to run.
  • You must Preview the current day and frequency before the Confirm button appears; changing either resets the preview.
