Export all your data anytime

You own your company's data and can download a full copy whenever you want - for your records, an accountant, or peace of mind. Available to the company owner.

Where: Account menu (bottom-left sidebar) -> Your data & account

  1. Open the Account menu at the bottom-left of the dashboard.
  2. Click 'Your data & account' (this option is available to the company owner).
  3. Click 'Download my data (JSON)' to get one complete file with your customers, pools, jobs, invoices, payments, equipment, technicians, and users.
  4. Or use the CSV buttons to pull a single list - Customers, Invoices, Payments, Jobs, Equipment, or Water tests - for a spreadsheet.
  5. Save the downloaded file somewhere safe; it's a snapshot of your data at that moment.
Good to know
  • The JSON file is the complete export; the CSV buttons are handy when you just need one list in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exporting is a good habit before any big change - like closing your account or switching accountants.
