Use Ask AI to propose an office action safely
Do something mode can propose five allowlisted office operations, but nothing moves, sends, saves, or changes pay until the user reviews and confirms the exact server-validated summary.
Where: Ask AI -> Do something
- Open Ask AI, choose Do something, and describe one exact pool-office task with the needed dates, dollars, or names.
- Select Review plan and read the validated proposal; if WaterMark needs one detail, add it and review again.
- Choose Confirm action only when the summary is exactly right. A shared confirmation dialog repeats the consequence before execution.
- Read the final status. If delivery failed, the result says Nothing sent and the underlying estimate remains open.
Good to know
- Supported actions are membership-plan creation, report creation, route reschedule, spiff configuration, and estimate follow-up.
- A proposal expires and is rejected if its live source data changes before confirmation.
