Let customers self-schedule online

Turn your public booking page into a real self-scheduler: customers pick an open day, and you get a confirmable request instead of just a lead. You cap how many bookings a day and how far out to offer.

Where: Manage (gear) -> Setup -> Company & Tax -> Online booking

  1. Open Manage -> Setup -> Company & Tax and scroll to Online booking.
  2. Check 'Let customers self-schedule a day on your booking page'.
  3. Set 'Bookings per day' to cap how many self-scheduled visits you'll accept in one day.
  4. Set 'Days out to offer' to control how far into the future the page shows open days.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Watch for incoming requests under Leads -> Booking requests and confirm each one.
Good to know
  • With self-schedule off, your booking page still works - it just collects a lead instead of offering specific open days.
  • The page never overbooks: it only shows days that are under your bookings-per-day cap.
