Reward collected pool work with pay rules and spiffs

Optional pay-rule profiles add per-SKU spiffs and one matching revenue tier to the established payroll calculation, using collected and refund-aware money.

Where: Team -> Pay rules & exports -> Set up pay rules

  1. Open Set up pay rules and choose the technicians who use the profile.
  2. Add a flat-dollar or percentage spiff to a real pricebook item such as a filter clean or salt-cell replacement.
  3. Optionally add revenue tiers and a cap; only the highest matching tier applies.
  4. Run the exact preview before saving so the office can see which collected jobs and techs qualify.
Good to know
  • Partial collections prorate a spiff and refunds reduce its collected basis.
  • No profile means the technician's existing hourly, commission, or per-job rules stay unchanged.
