How we calculate this (and why it’s honest)

These are conservative estimates, not promises. Your real results depend on how you work today. Every number above comes straight from the formulas below. Nothing hidden.

• Admin time saved. The default assumes WaterMark removes 35% of the hours (an editable assumption in the form, not a measurement) you spend on admin & billing: from auto-invoicing completed work, last visit’s readings shown beside every empty field with one-tap adoption, and one place for every record. Saved hours = your admin hours × 0.35, then × 4.33 to get a month.
• Time in dollars. Saved hours × your stated office labor cost per hour. If you left labor cost blank, this is zero.
• Faster, fuller payment. Invoices that go out late, get forgotten, or never get sent cost a pool company revenue. The default estimates WaterMark recaptures 1.5% (editable in the form) through auto-invoicing plus card-on-file AutoPay and in-app card payments, live on Stripe Connect, applied to a deliberately conservative revenue base of weekly stops × price ÷ 4.33. That base intentionally under-states your true monthly service revenue, so the number here stays modest and easy to beat in practice.
• WaterMark cost. The estimate uses monthly billing and the active technician count, at the price currently quoted. Optional metered overages and paid add-ons are not included in this estimate. Annual billing is available under the rule below.
• WaterMark offers a 30-day free trial of the $59/month plan, without a card. The entire no-card trial includes 100 text segments, 20 AI actions, 10 receptionist minutes and 5,000 customer emails. A trial without a subscription can have 2 active technicians, the seats the plan includes. On a subscription, paid AI stops at 30 blocks ($300) a month and paid receptionist minutes stop at 40 blocks ($200) a month; past either cap that feature is declined for the rest of the month and nothing more is billed. At day 30, subscribe or the workspace pauses. Your data stays stored and exportable. There is no permanent free tier.
• Total value. Admin dollars saved + revenue recaptured. We do not subtract the WaterMark cost from the headline so you can weigh it yourself. The base subscription cost is shown separately.
• What you use today. The monthly costs and weekly hours you typed for the tools you checked, added up, with nothing of ours mixed in: no average, no default, no estimate. A blank box counts as zero. These totals stay out of the estimated value at the top, and the WaterMark line beside them is the cost line above, for the technicians you entered.

The percentages above are deliberately modest. Treat this as a directional planning aid, not a financial promise. Our prices can change. If the standard price ever does, subscribers get advance notice before it touches their renewal.
