Start a 30-day free trial of the $59/month plan, no card required. There is no permanent free tier. Until a card is on file, the entire trial includes 100 text segments, 20 AI actions, 10 receptionist minutes and 5,000 customer emails. A trial without a subscription can have 2 active technicians, the seats the plan includes. On a subscription, paid AI stops at 30 blocks ($300) a month and paid receptionist minutes stop at 40 blocks ($200) a month; past either cap that feature is declined for the rest of the month and nothing more is billed. At day 30, subscribe or your workspace pauses. Your data stays stored and exportable. Existing Starter customers receive at least 30 days of advance notice before their access changes.

The Founding 50
The base price is $59/mo (2 techs included, +$20 for each added tech through the tenth, +$15 from the eleventh). The first 50 pool companies to subscribe lock $49/mo instead, and it is theirs for life: cancel and come back a year later, the $49 is still yours. Company #51 onward joins at $59. Annual billing costs 10 times monthly, so a founding company pays $490 a year for life. A card on file is what holds a spot: start a trial without one and nothing is held for you, and a spot already held is released if that trial ends with no card. Founding pricing isn't a sale. It's a head start.

Monthly is the default. Annual billing costs 10 times monthly, so 2 months are free: the standard base is $590 a year, plus $200 a year for each added tech through the tenth and $150 a year from the eleventh. Full annual refund within 30 days of the charge, none after. Upgrades prorate as credit.
Fine print
The exact fee. We pass you the exact fee Stripe charged on each payment. Most online card charges are 2.9% + 30¢. Stripe charges more for some cards, such as international cards and American Express, and when it does you see Stripe’s real number, not an estimate. Stripe sets these rates for every business that takes cards. We do not add a cent.
Refunds. When you refund a payment, Stripe keeps the processing fee it already charged on the original charge. That is Stripe’s rule for every merchant, not ours. We pass that kept fee to you at cost, so a refunded payment costs you a little more than it collected.
Disputes. If a homeowner disputes a payment, Stripe charges us a $15 dispute fee and we pass it to you at cost, $15 exactly, the day it happens. Stripe does not give that $15 back to anyone, even when you win. If a dispute is fought on your behalf, Stripe charges a second $15 and returns it when you win, and we return it to you on the same rail we charged it. Stripe’s dispute fee as of September 2026.
Email over your plan. Your plan includes 5,000 emails a month, plus 2,500 for each technician beyond the two the plan includes. A thousand-pool company sends about 200 a day, so a normal month has no email line at all. Past the allowance you see one line, and it is charged at exactly what our email provider charges us for the same messages: $0.90 per additional 1,000, at cost, no markup. Whole blocks of 1,000 only, so a partial block is free. Resend’s price as of September 2026.
