What works offline, exactly

The field app is built for backyards with no signal. This guide names every action that queues offline, how replay works when signal returns, and the short list of things that genuinely need a connection.

1. Work the stop like normal. These nine actions queue on the phone with no signal: arrive, complete, photo, skip, reschedule, readings, signature, pause, and resume.
2. Chemistry runs on the device. Readings, LSI, and dosing guidance compute locally - no connection needed to know what to add.
3. Customer texts and the visit recap you send at close-out queue too, and go out when signal returns.
4. When signal comes back, queued work replays exactly once, in order. A queued action is never sent twice and never silently dropped.
5. If a send fails in a way that can be retried, it stays in the queue and retries. The app tells you what is still waiting instead of pretending it sent.
